42 The Valencia Half Marathon Trinidad Alfonso Zurich 2025 was, as always, much more than just 21,097 metres. It was a global festival of running, a meeting place for runners from all over the world, the perfect symbiosis between sport and enjoyment that kicked off with Expo 21K Feria Valencia. Which was where the 34th edition of the race sparked into life. Two days before the starting gun was fired, the city’s exhibition centre became the first stop not only for the more than At the heart of the race fair, one space shone out like a beacon. As visitors passed by the various stands that lined the route through the fair, the stage at La Placeta welcomed experts and beginners, runners and their companions, seasoned speakers and running enthusiasts. Expo 21K Feria Valencia was the prelude to this year’s Valencia Half Marathon 25,000 registered participants who picked up their race bibs and goodie bags there, but also for the entire international running community that once again made its way to Valencia. More than 60 stands featuring race sponsors and partners, industry brands, sports nutrition companies and the classic pre-race atmosphere brought colour to the twoday race trade fair: 10,000 square metres of immersive experience at Spain’s best half marathon and the fastest on the planet. La Placeta, the meeting place for world running Trinidad Alfonso Zurich, as well as the usual place to collect race bibs or check out the latest running shoes, displayed on the stalls or already on the feet of the most eager runners. At La Placeta, renowned athletes and amateur runners shared the spotlight.
