And it has no limits. This was demonstrated by a new record amount donated: €57,037 for the Association of Deaf Families and Individuals in the Province of Valencia (ASPAS VALENCIA), the organisation chosen as the beneficiary for the 34th Valencia Half Marathon. The donations made by runners when they registered, and by all those who, even without a race bib, wanted to do their bit by registering for the charity run, was added to the “1 euro per finisher” initiative led by the Z Zurich Foundation. The result: a new record amount. ASPAS-VALENCIA provides psychological support, educational guidance and counselling to people with hearing impairments and their families, with the aim of promoting their education, employment and visibility in society.
