El noruego que buscaba el sol en Valencia Trygve no nos pudo negar que viene a Valencia porque le gusta el sol caliente en octubre. Y, de paso, corre. Es noruego y, en 2023, terminó su primera media maratón. Fue el Medio Maratón Valencia Trinidad Alfonso Zurich, claro. Entonces sí, salió soleado. Por eso repitió en 2024 y entonces no tuvo tanta suerte. La lluvia de la pasada edición le dejó con las ganas de volver a correr en una Valencia despejada. Así que volvió este año… y tampoco. Trygve debe pensar que en esta ciudad apagamos su amado sol conforme llega el otoño. Fuera como fuere, a Trygve le gusta Valencia. Pero no por cómo se deshacía en elogios hacia nuestro medio maratón como si le pagáramos por ello, sino porque hay una cosa que habla por sí sola: empezó a correr medios maratones hace cinco años y, desde entonces, solo los ha completado en Valencia… Y así se lo iba contando a otro noruego que acababa de conocer en meta. But he was not lavishing praise on our half marathon because we were bribing him to do so, it was due to one fact that speaks for itself: he started running half marathons five years ago and, since then, he has only run them in Valencia...
