They share kilometres, finish lines and dreams. They are three Ukrainian friends who travel around Europe running, enjoying each city and each race as if it were unique. It was simply Valencia’s turn. And they fell in love. With the route, the city, how flat and fast it is. But above all, with its people. “The atmosphere, how they cheered, the energy you feel here... it’s incredible”, they recount, still with excitement in their eyes. They feel fortunate to have been able to experience this half marathon, to have shared it with friends and to have discovered a city that is now part of their story as runners. Because if Valencia has one thing, it is that magic that makes you cross the finish line with a smile... and the desire to return. Roxanne y las dos Ana’s comparten más que un pasaporte. Pero, sobre todo, de su gente. “El ambiente, cómo animaban, la energía que se siente aquí… es increíble”, cuentan todavía con la emoción en sus ojos. Se sienten afortunadas de poder vivir este medio maratón, de compartirlo entre amigas y de haber descubierto una ciudad que ya forma parte de su historia como corredoras. Porque si algo tiene Valencia, es esa magia que te hace cruzar la meta con una sonrisa… y ganas de volver.
